Dank City Grow Rooms Return Policy

At Dank City Grow Rooms, we strive to provide high-quality products and equipment to make your indoor gardening experience exceptional. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return and exchange policy:

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Certain items cannot be returned due to safety or hygiene reasons (e.g., live plants, perishable items, soil mixes).

 

2. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return.

  3. Our team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) and provide instructions for shipping the item back.

Note: Returns without a RA number may not be accepted.

 

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged during shipping.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

 

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

 

5. Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges for items of equal or lesser value, subject to availability.

  • To exchange an item, follow the same procedure as initiating a return and specify the replacement item.

 

6. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost, including shipping.
