Dank City Grow Rooms Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Dank City Grow Rooms. Our goal is to provide fast, reliable delivery of all grow room equipment and accessories. Please review our shipping policy below.

 

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping options, including:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, and other unforeseen events may impact delivery.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

  • Free shipping promotions (if offered) will be clearly displayed on the Website.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

5. Shipment to P.O. Boxes

  • We ship to most P.O. Boxes, but some oversized equipment or Grow Room-in-a-Box items may require a physical address.

  • If a P.O. Box address cannot be used, we will contact you to update your information.

6. International Shipping

  • International shipping may be available to select countries.

  • Customers are responsible for customs fees, import taxes, and duties.

  • Delivery times may vary based on location and customs processing.

Note: Certain products may be restricted in some countries due to agricultural or electrical regulations.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages:

  • If tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • We will help file a claim with the carrier, but Dank City Grow Rooms is not responsible for packages marked as delivered.

Damaged Packages:

  • If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage.

  • We will issue a replacement or refund according to our Return Policy.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information:

  • We can reship the order once the correct address is provided.

  • The customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

9. Pre-Order & Backorder Items

Some items may be available for pre-order or temporarily out of stock.

  • Estimated shipping dates will be shown at checkout.

  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship separately.
